1.What Awaken is
Awaken (awakenestates.com) is a property, design and building ecosystem: listings and a marketplace, Awaken Build design tools, Studio marketing tools and Zuri. People can optionally connect a Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, TikTok or LinkedIn to publish marketing content. Read more about Awaken.
2.Delete your account (signed in)
The quickest way, and it gives you a reference straight away.
- Sign in to Awaken at awakenestates.com/login.
- Open your profile menu (My Awaken) and choose Settings — or go straight to Settings.
- Scroll to Delete your account and select Request account deletion.
- Read what happens, tick the confirmation box and select Request deletion.
- Keep the reference shown (for example AW-DEL-7K2Q9M). You can follow its status in the same place.
Any connected social accounts are disconnected immediately when you make the request. You can withdraw the request while it is still Requested or Verifying.
3.Can't sign in?
Use Contact Awaken and choose the Privacy & data deletion topic. Tell us the email address on your account and what you'd like removed. Your request is recorded with a reference (for example AW-CON-7K2Q9M) before any optional WhatsApp hand-off. We'll need to confirm the account is yours before deleting anything.
5.What happens next
- Requested — we've recorded your request and its reference.
- Verifying — we may contact you to confirm the account is yours.
- Processing — we remove or anonymise your personal information across Awaken.
- Completed — your sign-in is disabled and your profile is anonymised.
- Rejected with reason — if we can't act (for example we couldn't verify ownership), we tell you why.
Deletion isn't always instant: verification and processing take time, and backups expire on their own schedule.
6.What may be kept
Some limited records may need to be kept for legitimate legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or dispute purposes — for example payment or transaction records, audit entries of sensitive actions, or an enquiry you sent that is now part of a seller's records. These are kept only as long as necessary and are no longer used to provide the service to you. Public content other people have copied or shared outside Awaken may remain where they put it.

4.Facebook, Instagram and other connected accounts
You can remove Awaken's access without deleting your Awaken account.
Disconnect any connection in Settings → Connected channels. When you disconnect, Awaken asks the provider to revoke its access where the provider supports it and deletes the stored access tokens and connection details from Awaken. Requesting account deletion disconnects all of them.
You can also remove Awaken from your Facebook or Instagram settings (Apps and websites / Business integrations). Awaken never receives your social media password. Records of posts you already published stay on the platform under its rules; delete them there if you want them removed.
